Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events is a MUST SEE! The bunch of us (Sasi, Rekha and Mich) caught the movie on Saturday at Cineleisure after revising IL1. It's really a cool movie, lot's of wicked humour..Jim Carrey portrayed his character or shall I say characters really well. I mean, it's Jim Carrey! Disappointment ain't in his vocabulary, I guess.

Before the movie, we went to this Aussie Education Fair and boy did we find out a deal. Haha..Rekha was like super excited when she found out that she would only need to spend a year in Perth for her studies! A double degree in two years! I'm soo going there if I don't get into NTU.

Anyways, we're gonna watch Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous later. I'm in the com lab now actually. Came back to school to hand in something actually. Later then..Ta~

Blueprints: The unperfectionist version

Three more weeks till I say BYE BYE to my poly-get a-life. I couldn't be more estatic. Freedom for at least three months before I say bye bye to my hair, and already not-so-fair-skin. Blooddy NS. Within that time, I'm gonna finish up my driving (my first prac is on THURS!!!) and hopefully pass by May, and also continue my job at Eng Wah. I have this dream of being a barista, always wanted to be one. Well, I was sorta one while in PH. But that doesn't count la ah. Maybe I should go look for a barista vacancy. Then, after two years and don't know how many months of my precious life of going to be wasted starting June/July, it's gonna be a new life, and hopefully new beginnings. Praying to get into NTU. If not, I hope it's Aussie for me. I shall leave whatever that peeps beyond that point when I get there alright. No high hopes right now. All I want now is to get a decent diploma and leave poly.

Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead

Yay!! My mouth is now ulcer FREEEEE!! I shall not brag about the status of my mouth anymore for fear of the evil kenevil ulcer monster. Haha! Sister #1 took a photo of Sister #2 eating ice-cream on the sofa, who was wearing this makcik-ish batik dress. And the photo made sister#2 seem as if she was pregnant! hahaha..soooo funny I tell you. Okay, current news aside ya.

Finally, the final year report has been submitted. At last, the "stone is off the head". Heheh..inside joke lah. Internal interview for fyp has yet to be confirmed because of the Pangster (my co-supervisor). Oh, and I have an interview at MOE this wednesday. After being shortlisted for the BSc(Edu) degree programme, I have to go for this interview and all. But I had that down as one of my choices sorta like for fun (you know, just to fill the gaps). Afterall, having just a basic edu degree ain't gonna help me much if my interests were to change. Anyways, I'll just go for the interview lah, just to puaskan MOE punya hati ya. I don't wanna blacklist myself or anything..

So coool..I was just off the phone with Rekha and she's planning on having her 21st in a chalet. Why is it even called a chalet in hot-humid Singapore? She enquired about the bungalow my father has cheap access to. That place is very cool..near the beach and all. Haha..hope it's over there. Can't wait!

Gotta hit the sack early tonight. I have to go the com lab early tomorrow morning to finish the BIF project with Sasi and Makcik.

Sushi Shmushi

Buffet my a**. I am such a lousy eater. 3 plates!! 3 stinking plates...I felt like I had it after only 3 plates of sushi! Subsequent plates were chowed down in a forceful manner for your informantion. So my friends, if you're thinking of whacking at a buffet session, you know who NOT to call. Hahah..Eh, I CAN eat okay....Don't you underestimate my gastrointestinal prowess. Maybe it's the ulcer..Oh, who am I kidding. Oh yah, you know what.....I have these two MEGA huge ulcers in my mouth: one under my tongue, and one on the right side of my tongue. The one on the tongue is the worst creature I have ever encountered. It is sooo bloody painful I can't even have my meal properly and this has been happening for like a week or so. I have been promptly following the gargle-my-mouth-with-salt-water regime everyday, and thankfully, it is working. I can feel it healing...Give me another three more days. You'll have the Sunil back! ;)

Now to rant about school..C'mon, have I ever spent a day not complaining about the dealings in school? Here goes..Final Year Project report due on Friday..this will be the one being sent out to those external examiners overseas. Final editing in process.cGMP case study report due on Friday. Completed. Drug Development and Discovery therapeutic assignment due on Thursday. Halfway through. Internal interview for FYP next week. Slides to be prepared. Untouched. Aarrgghhhhh....Not that this is important but I shall just mention it. Graduation photo taking session on the 18th of this month. Not bothered about it, don't know whether it's mandatory. Hope it's not though. Hmmm..enough for today I guess. Gotta go research on cardiac glycosides...Ta~
